The paddle blade on the Quickblade V Drive All Carbon is made entirely of carbon fiber with an edge in ABS which reduces the risk of the blade cracking if you hit it. The shaft is Quickblade's conical Diamond Elite shaft. A shaft that tapers up towards the handle and has an oval cross section for increased precision when inserting and steering. The shaft is made entirely of carbon fiber as well as the handle, which is designed to minimize incorrect loading on the wrist when you put pressure on the paddle.

The conical shape of the shaft reduces the weight of the SUP paddle while the conical shape controls the bending of the shaft as well as you get a firmer grip on the shaft if you choose to grip down to increase your paddle frequency.

The paddle blade is drop-shaped, with the largest surface at the bottom of the blade. It provides a good grip and creates power directly upon insertion. On the back of the paddle blade there are two elevations that form a markedly concave V-shape which also guarantees a good grip in the water. With this blade profile, the water around the blade closes and provides a very good grip during the paddle cycle's insertion and drive phase and at the same time attach to the blade so it does not wobble when you put pressure on the paddle.
