#11 Paddling SUP when we reach the "golden" age

Is it ever too late to start SUP?

Are you in the so-called golden age or are you starting to get close? One thing is for sure, whatever age you are today, you will hopefully reach this age. If we paddle SUP regularly, we will most likely also increase our chances of reaching it.

In this episode, Niklas, Magnus and Joachim talk about all the benefits of paddling SUP as we get older and how relatively easy it is to get started. Among other things, they discuss how we can all regain much of our previous function, regardless of our circumstances, through this incredibly stimulating and accessible activity.

Here we discuss, for example, how important it is for us to maintain balance as we get older and how we will feel all the positive effects of paddling SUP even when we are on land. With the right will, training and equipment, nothing can stop us from continuing to develop and have good health regardless of age.
