SALES AND DELIVERY TERMS

Kona Sports offers sales and delivery via this webshop to a number of selected countries in Europe and around the world. The delivery country is selected automatically when you enter the webshop, but you may manually choose the country you want your order delivered to. Please note that some products may not be available for delivery to the country you have selected. If you would like delivery to a country that is not available as an option, you are welcome to contact us directly by email or phone.

Prices

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK), Danish kroner (DKK), US dollars (USD), British pounds (GBP), or Euros (EUR) and include VAT and other fees unless otherwise stated. The total purchase cost will be clearly displayed before final checkout and will include all charges associated with the purchase, including any shipping fees, unless otherwise stated.

Andorra, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Norway, Northern Ireland, San Marino, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City, Åland Islands, United States, Canada, Iceland, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Brazil, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam: No VAT or other charges are included for deliveries to these countries/locations. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying VAT and any applicable duties or fees. A customs declaration will be provided with the shipment, and you will be required to pay VAT and fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Order Confirmation

When you place an order with us, we will be notified and begin packaging your products within two business days. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden within three business days of receiving the order.

Delivery

Normally, your order will be shipped within three business days after it has been received. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you within two days of receiving your order.

Payment

Payment must be made before Kona Sports can ship your order. Available payment methods are shown during checkout in the webshop.

Shipping

Kona Sports ships via PostNord, UPS, DSV, DHL, or Best, depending on the delivery address, shipment size, weight, and our processing time. Shipping costs are included in the shipping price, and all charges will be visible before you complete your order, unless otherwise stated. If you have specific shipping preferences, please let us know. Otherwise, we will select the most convenient and cost-efficient shipping method for you.

Warranty

All products come with a one-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults.

Force Majeure

In the unlikely event that Kona Sports is unable to fulfill its obligations due to extraordinary circumstances—such as government action, blockade, strike, changes in legislation, fire, flooding, sabotage, burglary, theft, accident, or natural disaster—Kona Sports will be released from liability. However, we will do our utmost to resolve the situation in the best possible way.

Disputes

Without limiting your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country, these terms and any disputes shall be governed by Swedish law.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us by email or phone. If the shipment has not yet left our warehouse, you will be refunded the full amount minus an administrative fee of 400 SEK, 400 DKK, 40 USD, 40 GBP, or €40. If the order has already been shipped, you will be refunded the full amount minus an administrative fee of 1000 SEK, 1000 DKK, 100 USD, 100 GBP, or €100. You will also be responsible for return shipping costs.

Claims

If a product is faulty, you must notify Kona Sports in writing or verbally within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Kona Sports will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Rules regarding claims are regulated by consumer protection laws. Kona Sports complies with the Swedish Distance Selling Act.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must return the product in its original condition, and you will be refunded the purchase price including your prepaid shipping costs. As the buyer, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
