1. Scope of License

We (Kona Windsurfing AB, a privately held Swedish corporation) grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with this Agreement and any applicable usage rules of the Google Play Store.

2. Use of the App

The Sup App is a stand-up paddleboarding, exercise, and training companion, designed to help users train both on and off the water. The App includes features such as filtered exercise selection, audio-guided training sessions, pace/metronome guidance, and narrator customization.

The App is available in two tiers:
- Standard: Free with limited exercises and features.
- Premium: Paid subscription (monthly or yearly), unlocking full access to 200+ exercises and additional controls.

Premium subscriptions are managed via your Google Play account through RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. No User Accounts or Personal Data Collection

The App does not require user registration and does not collect personally identifiable information (PII), including name, email, or location.

4. No Ads or User-Generated Content

The App does not display advertisements and does not include any functionality for uploading or sharing user-generated content.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

The Sup App is intended to support and guide physical exercise. By using the App, you acknowledge the risks involved in physical activity. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your health condition is suitable for the exercises provided. If unfamiliar with concepts like exercise levels or training zones, we recommend consulting a personal trainer.

When paddleboarding on water, always prioritize safety: wear a lifejacket, dress appropriately, and inform someone about your plans. We recommend paddleboarding with a partner or group.

6. Support and Community

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to its content, features, and branding, are the exclusive property of Kona Windsurfing AB. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranty of any kind. You use the App at your own risk. Kona Windsurfing AB disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kona Windsurfing AB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Linköping, Sweden.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
