During the Kona Training Camp, the focus is on the individual and training that should suit you. Regardless of level and equipment, you are welcome to a weekend where we vary tough training sessions on the water with strength and training exercises on land. We also learn the underlying theory around everything from how you can structure your training, to nutrition and performance theory.
